Harvey Alberg, Ron DeLucia, Frank Pilleri and the phony board of directors remarks to the public, to Mark Rumley, to Melanson and Heath about their "sloppy bookkeeping"
And Alberg wants to blame his victim in a court of law for his own stupidity and possibly worse! Ugly, just vile and ugly.

It is one thing for the phony "Money Managers," Harvey Alberg and Ron DeLucia of the dissolving TV3 Medford to spit and throw rocks at their victims.
Another thing for them to fail to show documents that they are cleared of any wrongdoing.
They never have.
And Mr. Alberg attempted to use the court room to bully, maliciously abusing the legal process the way he maliciously abused TV3.
Alberg and his creepy, phony case were thrown out of court before the victim had an opportunity to dismantle his lies to the judge.
---no documents proving that he and the cronies were "cleared"
---no meeting minutes
---no financial records
What? Did Harvey Alberg think that we were not going to ask for the meeting minutes, financial records and documents proving he was not the scoundrel his own actions prove that he is?
To blame a reporter for Harvey Alberg's failed businesses, all on public record, his failed corporations before he ever started maliciously attacking his victim, did the jerk not think that his history of failed businesses were not going to be front and center in a court of law where he now claims that a victim of Alberg's bullying was the cause for yet another failure?
Harvey Alberg is the ultimate failure. He can't operate businesses properly - from TV3 to Savant Technology to El Cheapo to Alberg Financial to all the other corporations he allegedly ran into the ground - so that dirty rat tries to blame it all on his victim of the past decade.
Use Frankie's classic self-description here: "Delusional."
Or Ron DeLucia's self-description that he's only "guilty of sloppy bookkeeping" to know what was going to be presented to the courts to show what Harvey Alberg is all about.
Where are the documents, Harvey Alberg?
The response is SILENCE, his unclean hands by his side, along with that vicious wife.
IMPORTANT LETTER TO THE EDITOR
Money Managers or self-proclaimed Sloppy Bookkeepers try to blame victim for their intentional sloppy deceptive business practices:
The
now-bankrupt "money manager' (that was the name of Alberg's tv show)
and his board of directors claiming that they did not know Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles, yet they had calls for action for
residents to talk to them about financial advice.
As I wrote in the Medford Transcript so many years ago:
Page 2 of 2 - The letter (from the accounting firm Melanson Heath) goes on to say that the management, which includes two individuals who claim to be “money managers” (Harvey Alberg of KCD Financial Inc. and Ronald DeLucia of Stoneham's ARK Insurance) and offer advice to Medford viewers, cited “numerous references to accounting standards and accounting practices which we are not familiar with and which we do not understand.” *
Frankly, the Comcast subscribers who fund the enterprise don’t quite understand how individuals we never hired — who admit they don’t know how to count — are able to play with millions of dollars and not be held accountable to the people who fund the station.
It’s our money; we’d like to know how every dime is spent. Anything less should result in the police, the attorney general and the district attorney putting a focus on each and every member of the Board of Directors of TV3.
