McGlynn Middle School as the city continues to investigate a December incident involving a gun magazine found at the school that led to principal Jake Edwards being placed on paid administrative leave.
Tucci, who is the assistant principal at Medford High School, officially assumed his acting appointment on March 19, which is intended to last through the end of the school year.
