"I Want You Sexually" features Brian Bradley on guitar, Carolyn Casey on bass, Medford's own Joe Petruzelli on drums, Ava Electris, Deb Galiga and Jo Jo Laine on backing vocals. Jo Jo Laine and Ava Electris both tracked separate lead vocals on the same song a la Motown Records. The song was played on then Medford @ Wellington WXKS Kiss-108 (Thanks now-Dunkin Radio DJ Ed McMann for having me in-studio and the interview) the night before I opened for Rolling Stones guitarist Mick Taylor at the Paradise Theater in Boston.

Here's Mick and JV talking on Visual Radio before a different performance when Mick returned to town.

The song was produced by former Medford resident producer Jimmy Miller who worked on over 105 songs by the Stones including all the 1970s work with guitarist Mick Taylor from Let It Bleed up to "Angie," "Heartbreaker," on Goat's Head Soup as well as the big VH-1 hit "Waiting on a Friend" on Tattoo You

JOE VIG AND JIMMY MILLER WIN CASE IN
SOMERVILLE DISTRICT COURT

YES, I AM THE KING OF COURTROOM VICTORIES

THERE WAS A RENTAL CAR COMPANY OVER 30 YEARS AGO NEAR BREANNA LUNGO KOEHN'S OFFICE NEAR KAPPY'S IS THE CONDOMINIUM WHERE OUR BUSINESS PARTNER RENTED AN APARTMENT FOR THE MILLER FAMILY WHEN A MEDFORD RECORDING ARTIST AND I FLEW JIMMY OVER FROM LONDON.

RECORDING THE MEDFORD ARTIST, IT WAS CONVENIENT TO HAVE THE MILLERS IN WHAT IN 1986 WAS A LUXURY CONDO OVER THERE AT WELLINGTON

I RENTED A CAR FOR JIMMY ON MY CREDIT CARD AND, OF COURSE, GOT THE INSURANCE.

THE RENTAL COMPANY CALLED ON THE MONDAY AND SAID THAT I OWED THEM $2,000.00 BECAUSE THE CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT IN MALDEN SQUARE.

I CALLED JIMMY WHO WAS ASTONISHED.  "Joe, I didn't drive the car anywhere last night."

A WITNESS SAID IT WAS THREE YOUNG KIDS WHO HAD BEEN DRIVING THE CAR, THEY WERE AROUND FIFTEEN YEARS OF AGE THE WITNESSED SURMISED.  NOT EVEN A LEARNER'S PERMIT

JIMMY WENT DOWN TO THE PARKING LOT IN THE DAY BEFORE CELLPHONES (1986) AND CALLED AN ANXIOUS JOE VIG BACK AND SAID "THE FRONT OF THE CAR IS SMASHED IN."

THEN JIMMY SAID "I WAS TAKING A SAUNA AND MY KEYS WERE ON THE HOOK. SOMEONE MUST HAVE STOLEN THE CAR BECAUSE WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE HOOK THE KEYS WERE THERE, I DIDN'T THINK ANYTHING OF IT (PARAPHRASED)

SO THE CAR RENTAL COMPANY SUED ME!

THE JUDGE ASKED THE RENTAL GUY "DID MR. VIGLIONE BUY INSURANCE?"

THE CAR GUY SAID "Yes, he did."

(And remember, I went IN to the car place with Miller purchasing the rental specifically FOR Miller as I had my own car)

the judge thought about it and said "I don't care if Mr. Viglione himself parked the car on the corner, went into a store to buy a carton of milk, and came back and the car got smashed.  HE PAID FOR THE INSURANCE.  My question to you, sir, is are you pocketing the insurance money without paying the insurance company?  I'll take this under advisement."

Jimmy looked at me and said "We won!"

I believe Jimmy spent time in law school in some college prior to being a singer himself and at 19 years of age getting signed to Colgems/CBS, if memory serves.

So there's a story no one has ever heard before about one of the greatest record producers in the history of rock and roll and his time in Medford.
