One Million, Two Hundred and Twenty Three Thousand, One Hundred and Ninety Three Delusional Readers are Mark E. Rumley's WORST NIGHTMARE!

Thank you for rattling Rumley's cage!!!

TO: Dan Mxxxxx

Stephanie was a great city councilor, I admired her and approved of her work on the council. The Peter Principle kicks in - a study (and book) by Laurence J. Peter, which observes "that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to their "level of incompetence". In other words, an employee is promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another." Stephanie can't break the glass ceiling of her own inability to be mayor. Her body posture and voice have changed from her days on the council when she spoke with authority. It almost seems as if she is TRYING to be Mayor instead of BEING a mayor. A pure character study, and the city is in a shambles. So, Dan, if she helped the Wellington area it is offset by her insane hires, the people who fled her Administration in terror the first year, rumors of her being absent most of the time, and too much cronyism and alleged nepotism - it's disgusting. She was a great councilor, she's a terrible mayor. The only answer is that she was not ready for prime time, and the citizens are paying through the nose due to her inability to lead, to reach out to the people who voted against her. She holds a grudge, and Stephanie Muccini-Burke makes it all about her. A great councilor is now a big problem for the citizens of this municipality.
