It was two years ago on my pal Don's birthday that Rick Caraviello lost in court.
The significance of this for Medford residents is huge.
That fat son of a bitch Richard F. Caraviello has done much damage to our city. Beyond being stupid and an embarrassment to every citizen that jackass is supposed to represent, Caraviello chose to lie to the Medford Police Department.
The Medford Police knew that disgusting, slovenly, rumpled individual had committed a crime, and members of that department compounded the crime by filing false charges against a journalist.
Well they lost.
They were trounced.
The judge was INFURIATED by what a creepy detective did with his balderdash, that in Trumpian fashion he could resurrect a case if he felt like it, even if there was no case.
They allowed Edward P. Finn to commit felonious assault on a senior citizen.
To protect and serve themselves.
Why wasn't Leo A. Sacco, Jr. dragged into criminal court, tried and convicted for failing to do his job?
Because Medford is part of a criminal syndicate which makes the old time mobsters in Medford blush with envy.
Indeed, the old-time mob has more ethics and more honor than some members of the Medford Police Department, the city solicitor and the mayor and her predecessor.
You see, the gangsters are at 100 Main Street, 85 George P. Hassett Drive and in a dirty limo operated by a fat slob who allegedly can't even sit in a barber's chair without the damn thing breaking, he's so grossly overweight and idiotic.
You want to take a ride in R.C. Limos?
Really?
You that desperate that you need to risk yourself with a loser like Caraviello who might sue you because he felt you didn't tip him enough?
Maybe Rick will have some sex offender allegedly drive your kids to the prom.
And if government officials have wind that some sex offender is driving your kids, allegedly, at prom time, well, maybe the sex offender could find himself pitched off of the Mystic Tobin Bridge to allegedly shut him up.
Stranger things have happened.
Focus on Caraviello!
He will sing like a bird the minute the coward finds himself under indictment from the feds.
This IS a job for the feds because there is no "alleged" to the FACT that Caraviello LIED to the police and that the police enabled a criminal act by a Medford City Councilor who is supposed to SERVE, not harass, the public.
Caraviello will be facing a federal case this year, a civil suit, and -hopefully - when Caraviello and Ed Finn lose again, justice will be served and the feds will consider pressing charges freeing Medford from the menace that is Caraviello and his accomplices.
You are not off the hook, Caraviello. Attorneys ARE being interviewed and the case will go forward in 2019, the case against Richard F. Caraviello. The follow up to the case Caraviello LOST in criminal court.

Then, dear voters, once that jerk is exposed for what he really is, you will get the sense to vote the s.o.b. out of office and into a padded cell to let him rot and think about the damage the bastard caused to our city and to a senior who worked hard and still works hard to bring you the truth.
