Kicking
and screaming the lawyer for the city of Medford, Mark E. Rumley, who
told a retired judge he would find censorship "repugnant," wants to
censor the information the public has a great interest in. The
"greater good" is not served by Rumley acting like a 10th rate Attorney
General Barr, acting badly, violating his oath of office to uphold the
U.S. Constitution.
The
Law department of Medford was ordered to hand over the documents.
Rumley, who didn't abide by the time line, who again didn't follow the
rules, doesn't want the public to know the information that the public
paid for.
On October 1, 2019 at the Medford City Council Police Chief Jack Buckley was being ultra cautious,
so
cautious about the "public trust" that Jack didn't seem trustworthy.
Buckley claimed "these are all good men and women" after about a quarter
of the police force was allegedly found engaging in "police
misconduct," as the Medford Transcript called it.
It was merely a talking point taken directly off of Chief Buckley's bio on the Medford police website. How sad and pathetic.
On October 24, 2019 this reporter was threatened that the police have a "bounty" on my head.
Does this sound like Jack Buckley REALLY wants the public trust? Or are Buckley's boys engaging in harassment,
police harassment.
Evidence?
The stalker that left the message has been engaging in this kind of
misconduct for about the past year, and seems to get agitated when my
writings focus on the police department. Think about it.
There's a BOUNTY on my head, according to a long-time stalker harassing me for the better part of a year.
"You
get the police service you deserve" former police chief Leo A. Sacco,
Jr. said to me on October 17, 2017 after I brought up the Channel 5
story on his son, MBTA cop Joe Sacco, pulled over for alleged drunk
driving but no consequences whatsoever.
Public trust? The public trust is what the Medford police DEMAND from citizens via bullying, threats and police harassment.
That
is a fact. Solicitor Mark Rumley and the chief have no desire for the
public to trust them. They want the public to fear them.
When Mayoral candidate Breanna Lungo-Koehn brought up the fear factor at the same council meeting, October 1, 2019
Chief Buckley sounded as phony as Donald Trump "No quid pro quo; no collusion. No fear. All good men and women."
Watch the video here:
Chief Buckley has not the public trust. People fear the Medford police for good reason
What is the public trust?
The concept of the public trust relates back to the origins of democratic government and its seminal idea that within the public lies the true power and future of a society; therefore, whatever trust the public places in its officials must be respected. One of the reasons that bribery is regarded as a notorious evil is that it contributes to a culture of political corruption in which the public trust is eroded. Other issues related to political corruption or betrayal of public trust are lobbying, special interest groups and the public cartel.

People don't respect the Medford police. Buckley will say he has only heard wonderful lovely things about his position.
It's nonsense. It's rhetoric, and it is conduct unbecoming of the chief of police in Medford.
Conduct unbecoming.
There's
a bounty on my head. Well, that's obvious, you don't go after the
ENTIRE police force and a crooked administration without
some
vindictiveness from the mayor, retaliation from the police and a
"revenge factor" that too many Medford residents have been victimized
by. Got any pictures of retired officer Jimmy Lee's handiwork
rearranging his girlfriend's face behind his wife's back?
No?
