CITY HALL LOSES
AND FREAKS OUT!

The personnel exemption (that Madame Knight and his boyfriend Freddy were floating at the Oct 2, 2019 city council meeting) didn't fly in the public records request, so now the solicitor with the unclean hands is trying a new approach "investigatory exemption."
The deadline has long since passed, Rumley
But Rum Rum, we don't want to know about the investigation, we simply want to know the names of the cops involved in "police misconduct" - the cops who were disciplined
So what the hell does an "investigatory exemption" have to do with the public's right to know? The public paying the freight!!!
1)On the tenth day the Sec of State's office was apprised that Medford City Hall doesn't like to answer records requests
2)The Public Records Division wrote that an appeal would start if City Hall didn't comply.
3)Kim Scanlon finally sent the reply, at the 11th hour but within the proper time frame
4)It was EMPTY of Information
5)My appeal was filed - and City Hall had from October 10, 2019 - ten days - to give additional information. They failed to do that within the time frame.
6)City Hall lost the argument on

7)AFTER the Determination - and keep in mind, City Hall had an ADDITIONAL 10 DAYS to supply further information while the Sec of State's office considered the case, Rumley waited ONLY AFTER CITY HALL LOST
Then he filed a 3 page letter asking for reconsideration when he had ten days and dropped the ball! Was it intentional?
We all know our rum rum. Of course it was.
8)So dumbley Rumley wants to go back in his time machine and re-insert information that his deficient law office should have filed within the ten day period starting October 10
9)Dumbley's deficient law office should have actually put it in the original response - their new claim about Marian Ryan having it "under investigation" - but their first bite at the apple was "personnel" issue, which didn't fly
10)So now underhanded Rumley is trying to float this trial balloon like Donald Trump in a meltdown
11)A threat over the phone tonight that the police have a "bounty" on my head and are going to retaliate.
