Thank
you for the Determination. I have requested that Attorney Scanlon hand
the documents over sooner than later as this is a critical election
cycle. The public has a right to this information in a timely manner.
The ten business days allowed would conclude the day after the election by my count.
This
is unacceptable as City Hall Medford is notorious for dragging its feet
and not doing what is in the best interest of the city.
The election is November 5th. I would like the documents today.
