A vicious, unethical city clerk, Edward P. Finn, was censoring senior citizens who put petitions in to the Medford City Council.
Finn - an obese ex football player with a muddled brain, an unethical slob poorly dressed (Finn dressed in pink, this is how Finn represented the city of Medford in public. Disgraceful as it is disgusting!) was a dirty, foul menace to Medford society.
A horrible, unethical piece of walking human garbage that corrupted city government and was in office far too long.
When a citizen charged Finn in his office with a claim of gay discrimination Finn claimed he couldn't discriminate because he is of mixed race.

The discriminating city clerk was angry, very angry that a resident saw what the clerk was allegedly up to.
The resident went to the city council to talk to the videographer, Richie. Finn was outraged and interfered in the conversation saying "Richie votes for Penta."
How the fuck does the city clerk know who votes for whom unless the clerk is writing out the ballots himself, which I would put past the rat bastard Finn.

Finn was under subpoena to show up in criminal court on 1/31/17. He was a no show.
The yellow-bellied slob was too much of a fucking coward to show up in court.
Finn was a scam artist, scamming the citizens, trash in the hallway, the son of a bitch hurt Medford residents and deserves to be tried and convicted for assaulting a senior citizen and allegedly for fraud when it came to the elections
You see, Finn and/or his wife told Robert Cappucci, a candidate, at the Target store when it was a Stop & Shop, that Penta would lose the election, and the city clerk with the unclean hands said this in June of 2015, after he slugged Penta's social media person.
The FBI has a complaint on Finn that was delivered to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in July of 2015.
Which brings us to Marian Ryan and Detective Mackowski who theoretically beat up on the same victim.
We are asking attorneys if Ryan, Mackowski, Finn and Rick Caraviello can be charged with CONSPIRACY under the R.I.C.O. act.
