If Medford had term limits Breanna's City Council would possibly consist of
Isaac Bears at 5209 votes, Nicole Morell @ 4836
Jean M. Nuzzo at 4486, Natalie Breen at 4559 Erin DiBenedetto at 4551, Anne Marie Cugno at 3698 and Steven Collicelli, @3679 depending - of course - where all the votes would go for the candidates currently bound by no term limits and only the prospect of "term limits"
PREFACE:
Jean Nuzzo, Erin DiBenedetto and Natalie Breen could bring some new
life to this council ...and this city.... I am working on bringing the
evidence of the March 10, 2020 city council misconduct to the proper
authorities in faith that we can remove some of the bad element and
replace them with these honorable women.
The first new mayor in 32 years after the McGlynn/Muccini-Burke reign and within 2 months the coronavirus hits - a major crisis.
I
submit that the city council was not prepared for this crisis and that
Medford would be better prepared with five other first-timers on the council - as noted above - even though Mrs. Cugno is not my first choice. There would be enough votes to counteract Cugno.
This
long-time journalist has studied Medford politics more than most and if
you ignore my warnings based on fact you do so at the peril of this
city and any safety nets you think you may have.
Consider
this: Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn with DiBenedetto, Nuzzo and Breen on
the council, could really change the city for the better.
Breanna
is stuck with the Muccini-Burke leftovers - Caraviello, Knight, Falco,
Scarpelli - these individuals are lock-step with the last regime and are
a hindrance to any progress the city of Medford hopes to make.

STUDY #1 Michael Marks and his Facts Deficiency

waffling Medford city councilor Michael Marks told ex solicitor Rumley
"I'm very confused." Rumley shot back "Very confused is an apt

Were it true that Mr. Marks was merely confused! - were it only true.
As
entertaining as it is watching two dishonest government officials
making spectacle at the council, how does this help Medford?
I've
watched the video repeatedly laughing at, not with, these clowns
passing themselves off as generous and community-motivated, community-oriented
men.
They are nothing of the sort.
Understand that, citizen, because
your family is at risk with such jokers playing fast and loose with the
truth...and with your money.
Rumley
wore 5 hats with his solicitor sleight-of-hand while Marks likes to
prattle incessantly - my original term for him at the council was "the
circus barker" when he was aligned with Dello Russo and Camuso back in
the day. Marks changes his position the way Myra Breckinridge changed
her underwear, a guy's briefs one day, a woman's lingerie the next, back
to being Myron, the guy. If Marks thinks he's "very confused," how
about his worried constituents? Marks position-switching is the envy
of that other gagoots, on the fence zucchini brain Caraviello.
Sadly,
Medford, the fact deficient councilor - puts on good display for such a
bad actor, so how does that help you and your family?
Me
saying what you are only thinking makes me, the good guy, also - THE
ENEMY. They attack me with lies, I get them with the truth.
And they can't stand it. And "they" is an all encompassing word in this regard.
This
IS about the greater good. This IS about the city of Medford,
ill-prepared for the Corona virus - especially when it comes to the
government-controlled media in Medford.
Like
the majority of Medford politicians - that majority being 100%, it is
all about their pocketbook, their enormous egos and a total lack of
sensitivity when it comes to paving a solid, prosperous future for our
city. The citizens get it about scam artist Richard F. Caraviello,
there's not an honest bone in that individual's body. But Marks puts
himself out there as some kind of champion for the working class and
based on the data that I've acquired, Mr. Marks - when put under the
microscope - Mr. Marks says the right things, but his actions are in
direct conflict with his words.
After we go through the first cycle
Marks, Caraviello, Scarpelli, Falco, Knight, Bears and Morell, we will
circle back with a Part II on Michael Marks.
