Dear Candidates,

Without access TV, disadvantaged new candidates John Amirault, Mea Mustone, Kathy Kreatz, Mario Martin, Michael Ruggiero, and others won't be able to effectively be heard to compete with:

John Falco, George Scarpelli, Erin DiBenedetto, Anne Marie Sicari-Cugno, Robert E. Skerry, Rick Caraviello, Adam Knight, Fred Dello Russo, Jr., all have more face time on the government channel, and have a base of four thousand to five thousand votes.

Please join me Tuesday night at the City Council of Medford to fight for access TV. 7 PM Alden Chambers.

I am demanding Councilors Dello Russo, Knight and Camuso REFRAIN from interjecting, interrupting and attempting to deflate the message as they have so frequently done.

I'm doing this for you.

New candidates are cheated twice: they are cheated in the election, they are cheated if they pay a cable Tv PROVIDER the franchise fee that Solicitor Mark Rumley, Mayor McGlynn and Stephanie Muccini-Burke take for granted, and put in a nice bank account spitting on the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.


Please join me, Joe Viglione, the one person who submitted a proposal to operate the access TV station for you.

Where is Mark Rumley and Stephanie Burke to demand McGlynn allow the one person interested to operate the station?

Sadly, where is Pat Jehlen, her chief of staff Tim Snyder, Sean Garballey, Christine Barber on this issue?  They are strangely silent, but they've all been apprised of the importance and are watching me DO THE HEAVY LIFTING AGAIN, for you, dear candidates.



Stephanie Burke, Paul Camuso, Fred Dello Russo, Jr., Adam Knight, they are your enemies.  They have fought tooth and nail to DENY you the access to Channel 3 on Comcast and to a channel on Verizon.

July 3 is when the new Comcast contract must be signed.

 
Mayor McGlynn is TERRIFIED of you being on access television. Terrified.  He loathes transparency, has the City Solicitor lie to Judge Jackston-Thompson in November of 2008 with this rubbish:  "“The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

That's from the individual, Mark Rumley, who put his taxpayer-funded e mail at City Hall on the Immaculate Conception church site; zero separation of church and state, a murky blending of the two, and he has some swampland behind River's Edge to sell you today.

Mr. Rumley's credibility was shredded by Michael J. McGlynn, for approximately $102,000.00 per year, and you have no access TV, though you are paying about 1 million dollars a year in franchise fees to the cable providers.

Meanwhile Mayor McGlynn gets $2500.00 per year for his Golf Tournament from Comcast (City Hall has YET to respond to my public records request on where every nickel of THAT MONEY goes) and $10,000.00 for the Mayor's "celebratory fund" from Comcast.

Last Tuesday night I was viciously assaulted by the city clerk of Medford, Edward P. Finn, in front of witnesses.

I have been victimized and attacked by Paul A. Camuso in October of 2006 and then a couple of years back when he came up to my car in the dark of night behind city hall, blasted his horn, pointed at me, and ran through a DO NOT ENTER sign going the wrong way, simply to harass a citizen Paul Camuso disagrees with.

This dangerous stunt (what if his brakes failed and he killed me? pinning me against my car, Chief Sacco?) is the norm in Medford, not the exception.

Camuso's uncle-by-marriage, Bob Maiocco, threatened to hit me with a big, dirty pipe at a council meeting.

McGlynn's thugs play hard ball, and you, dear candidate, are stuck in this morass where Stephanie Muccini-Burke allegedly wants to continue the bad practices of the McGlynn Administration that she worked under.

April 13 or so McGlynn announces he's not running.

April 23rd or so Muccini-Burke announces she is running

May 15 or so, Muccini-Burke, after setting a budget arrogantly and without a thought of being honorable, steps down.

The timelines show what McGlynn and Muccini-Burke are all about.

Be cheated by the Partners in Deception, Mike McGlynn, Stephanie Burke, and a not very forthright City Solicitor.  They have kept your kids from getting a computer education at access TV, THE tv like surrounding towns AND cities have, and they just have not been fair with us.

Stephanie Burke is not fair.  Remember that.  She hasn't lifted a finger for access in her campaign, has she?
