Rick Caraviello show some spine and demand that million dollars or more
(all the access monies, not just the 340k or so in escrow and the
alleged 380k balloon payment (combined) be addressed?
Rick Caraviello can hold up the lame-duck Mayor's budget and DEMAND the access budget be addressed simultaneously.
The
jokers in the Mayor's back pocket - Stephanie Muccini Burke, Paul
Camuso, Madam Knight and Fred Dello Russo, Jr., do not work for the
people. Muccini-Burke's enablers spit upon Rule 43 of the City Council

even have rules if a weasel like Adam Knight can show his lack of
diction, lack of good manners, lack of decorum - all the things Fred
Dello Russo expects of residents - yet the hypocrite Dello Russo,
violates his own edicts by tearing up paper while Bob Penta is speaking.
How
is this ethical or even legal? I don't believe it is legal, but Madam
Knight, Paul Camuso and Freddy Dello Russo, Jr. just spit on the rights
of taxpayers they ripoff by voting for their own pay raises.
That is what Rick Caraviello must STOP caving in to.

Caraviello has to act like Justice Kennedy and use his powerful swing
vote to smote down the infidels, Madame Knight, Dello Russo, Paul
ExCuso.
2)Rick
Caraviello talks a good game about access TV. Here is his moment to
hold the budget over the lame-duck Mayor's head like a Sword of Damocles
until the Mayor allows ALL candidates on access TV on OUR terms, not
the Dempsey Dumpster McGlynn terms with bad audio, poor lighting, and
75k for Jack Dempsey of Lexington, hijacking our monies and taking them
north.

CAMUSO'S PENSION
The Government has opened Case File #SPR15/448 to get me answers regarding Paul Camuso's pension.

---why would Camuso harass a man on Christmas day, cyberbullying via e mail over a very personal matter?
---While
Adam Knight doesn't file many motions, but sends out condolences at the
council, Knight and Camuso gleefully stick the knife in when a Medford
resident loses a loved one.

Knight supporter get shoveling mountains of snow into the driveway of a
then 60 year old man Knight loathes. It was obvious to the victim who
was behind the criminal harassment, a truck from Everett parked on
Garfield Ave on the sidewalk, told by the police many times to park on
the correct side of the street, with a Knight bumper sticker, pushing
huge mountains of snow into a man's driveway during a council meeting,
before a council meeting and earlier in the day.
You
think it wasn't harassment from an elected official to bully and
intimidate? Not when his pal Paul Camuso sends an offensive e mail on
Christmas day.
If
Rick Caraviello wants to be seen as voting with individuals, Dello
Russo, Camuso and Knight, who harass people at the council, then the
Mayor gets his budget.
If Mr. Caraviello wants to be a statesman, be a hero, be a man of the people and for the people, he will demand the proper accounting of monies from City Hall for P/E/G access; he will demand the City Solicitor complete his agenda motion of July 2014 in the investigation into Frank Pilleri, Gary Zappelli and the missing funds of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., and we will have a real city budget accounting for ALL the monies in Medford, not letting a million bucks of P/E/G monies languish and go unaccounted for.
What is it, Rick Caraviello? Are you going to be Justice Kennedy, for the people?
or are you going to run and hide, moonlight, drive your limo on taxpayer paid time when you are supposed to be at the city council working for us; are you going to do the right thing or rip us off like Knight, Dello Russo and Paul Camuso do?
You voted for your own pay raise. Now earn it.
Put P/E/G access monies IN THE CITY BUDGET, demand access TV, or be viewed as a coward, not as a Justice Kennedy.
You can't have it both ways and you can no longer sit on the fence. This election is far too critical.

Kennedy voted with the majority 86 percent of the time, according to
data kept by SCOTUSblog, an online outlet that closely tracks the
Supreme Court.
In 5-to-4 decisions, Kennedy has voted with the majority more than any other justice each year.
“Given
his swing vote, the ‘Roberts court’ has actually been the Kennedy
court,” said Randy Barnett, a Georgetown University law professor who
has argued before the current Supreme Court.
