Ed Finn, City Clerk of Medford, makes a Freudian slip on the City Council rules and it is a doozey!

Committee Reports

Rule 35.

No report of a committee shall be received unless a greed* to in committee actually assembled.

*Freudian slip, just like Dr. Charles Nichols in the film The Fugitive,  the city clerk of Medford spells "agreed" wrong.  Is he feeling GUILTY about the word, GREED???
