This essay is a victim standing up to the bully, the woman known as "The Lonely Bully" - all due respect to Herb Alpert/Tijuana Brass.
A sick woman is angry that she can't write very well and that she isn't getting the attention that she craves. Hopefully the police will give her that attention, and the psychiatric help that she desperately needs.
This essay is not meant to be humorous; it is a victim fighting back and standing up to a sicko.
Civil Rights Violations
Chief Leo A. Sacco is receiving a letter today, a follow-up to the demand to the vice president of the City Council that a resident intends to press charges on three members of the council, another city official, and a sick deviate from Malden who was removed from a board of directors of a non-profit.
The first four individuals are your garden variety bullies. The disgraced woman from Malden, engaged in brutal retaliation, is a serious threat to your daughters, and possibly your sons.
The bizarre woman, seen lurking in areas where she shouldn't be with a broad "sombrero" hat and a face chock full of cellulite (this is not meant to be humorous; this is a serious matter) is not only fixated on children, something on her mind with nearly all of her cyber-bullying posts, she has also posted vulgar, descriptive items of a carnal nature regarding men in a circle (this was before she even fixated on Medford, these are old comments on the internet of a highly perverse and sexual nature,) she is aligned with a dying corporation that put a convicted child rapist on the air, a close associate of her new "friends" arrested for giving alcohol to a minor, her conduct so outrageous that a non-profit board removed her for unconventional and queer (not in homosexual terms, though it is believed she is a lesbian shunned by the women's community) activities that were not protected by the First Amendment.
The sick, abusive woman hid behind the First Amendment, shows images of guns (in this day and age of the Arizona massacre, the Colorado massacre, the Charleston church shooting, you look at the profile and it fits two types locally, people who were on the board and staff of TV3 Medford, and the deranged old woman referenced in this article.

There are many "jarheads" - former marines - out there, some to be commended for bravery, others locked up for killing people, going psychotic, suffering from P.T.S.D. and other symptoms and facts of abusive behavior.
A woman fixated on being "manly" and referencing herself in a male term is someone with an obsession, a hatred of all men, and is someone who is now on the police radar in two cities.
Is she a pervert? Her thoughts are perverse and were long before she inflicted herself on someone who never met her. While the community is engaged in politics she associates with individuals under investigation for misappropriation of funds who also allowed a fellow board member to praise a child rapist on the access TV airwaves.
Think about this. The woman, clearly with child rape on her mind 24/7, claiming she knows how to use a gun, and associating with individuals who gleefully put a convicted child molester on the television screens of Medford on November 27, 2009, brags that she is a "troublemaker" and "knows how to use a gun."
That's a manifesto, people.
Interesting that on the Patch (which had to shut down the comments format it once had and replace it with a version not easily viewed by the public) a female senior citizen from South Medford well known to our community was accused of being the victim of this sick woman from Malden.
Just because that woman from South Medford had an opinion that the Malden women obsessed with children did exactly as the board of directors did, called her out on her wrongful conduct, that woman was wrongfully accused by the deviate, to the point where Patch reportedly had meetings with lawyers and had to stop her damaging conduct.

Do you know how difficult it is for a board of directors to remove an elected member? It has to be voted on carefully or a lawsuit can result.
It got that bad with the sick woman and, here's the result: the non-profit entity runs more efficiently with the removal of the bad element.
The bad element that infected a station was removed like a malignant time bomb. It was excised for the health of the non-profit.
She has to live with that, and she can't. The creepy, sick freak lurks in neighborhoods, fixated on young girls and boys, fixated on grieving people, looking for attention, and stealing peace from a civil society.

Can you imagine what the gals will do to her in women's prison? A coward and bully like that couldn't survive in women's prison. They would put her in her place. She would have no access to the phallic symbol that is the gun she brags about; her masculine tendencies would be spit upon by the gals in lockup, and society would be able to heal without the "troublemaker" doing her daily exercise - which is harassing people and retaliating because a courageous board of directors put her in her place.
Because the victim of her bullying had the integrity to meet with those in a position to eradicate the nuisance, legally, peacefully, and logically.
It is pure retaliation by the sick, deranged creature. She is angry, looking for revenge, and she is on the radar of the police in two communities.
Some can have sympathy for a creature who makes the Elephant Man look handsome by comparison, but not in this case. What Malden has, to Medford's horror, is a female Aaron Hernandez, a sick sociopath with no conscience, just like a gap-toothed child that was the handmaiden of Frankie Fingers a few years back.

a couple of local businesses on High Street and Salem Street also looks like the woman in question forty years ago if you used an age-regression computer program and threw a sombrero on the pack of cellulite called a face.
Then, age the photo by 40 years, throw a sombrero on it, plug in lots of cellulite, and you have the sick woman!

THAT IS ACTUALLY WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE IF YOU SEEK OUT THE PHOTO THAT WAS PUBLISHED ON THE PATCH WHICH WILL NOT BE POSTED HERE, IT WOULD JUST GIVE HER THE ATTENTION SHE LUSTS FOR.

Her illogical, sick, twisted impulses are more like instinct rather than intelligence. Maybe the marines had experimented on her and attempted to turn a female into a masculine robot designed to kill, kind of like the program Patrick Stewart had invented in the film CONSPIRACY THEORY.
This is the only logical explanation. That the sad, pathetic, creature, known in Malden as "the lonely bull," is a walking Vesuvius about to explode; all that anger and rejection reaching a boiling point.
It is rumored that when she was five years old, she was so ugly that it inspired Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass to write The Lonely Bull to try to ease her pain; they rented an empty stadium to play soothing music to calm her down, but it didn't work. Herb then signed Richard and Karen Carpenter to the label and, instead of soothing the witch, the Lonely Bull became fixated on Karen Carpenter as well. Speculation is that the "marine" could have been responsible for the death of Carpenter, that it wasn't bulimia that killed Karen, but BULL-IMIA, that she was murdered by the lonely bull herself!
Allegedly, the military was pumping drugs into the 5 year old beast in an attempt to create a killing machine for war, and then they discarded her like a used dishrag, leaving the menace on the streets in hopes that she would create headlines which would foster the economy by selling newspapers after she committed projected acts of violence, which appear imminent and on the verge of exploding any time soon.
