How can Rumley represent the councilors opposed to his boss, Stephanie Muccini-Burke?
As troublesome is the fact that former Mayor McGlynn put Malark E. Rumley on the board of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., possibly on two separate occasions.
How can a former board member investigate the very board that he was on. He certainly didn't take meeting minutes or keep proper tabs on the finances if he has now, like George W. Bush, looking behind a curtain for "weapons of mass destruction" that he knew did not exist. How many lives did George W. Bush have to ruin for his sick joke? And how many Medford residents have been negatively impacted by Rumley's dereliction of duty, negligence and malicious attacks on city councilors as well as this writer?

Tenants at Canton apartment say managers are failing to notify residents about sex offenders
Twelve sex offenders registered at Orchardview Apt
Some allege that managers are throwing away notification cards sent by the Stark County Sheriff’s Department.
“I’ve
been here almost two years and every time the manager has gotten mail
in here with a sex offender card he throws it in the trash,” said tenant
John Stone.
Stone is one of several residents who
contacted newsnet5.com with similar allegations. The others tenants have
asked not to be identified.

Baumeister, said she made her decision after learning that a maintenance worker had been hired - and given a master key to authority properties - despite having a criminal record.
“I’m very angry and
very upset about this,’’ Baumeister said. “Someone has made a huge

Covelle
allowed James J. O’Brien, a close friend of the authority’s operations
director, to be hired as a maintenance worker in 2010 without board
approval and without obtaining the usual criminal background check,
records show.
A recent check by the authority indicated he was a sex offender, according to several board members.
Covelle,
who is on two weeks unpaid leave from his $126,000-a-year post, could
not be reached for comment Wednesday. In the past, he has said he has
done nothing wrong and looks forward to returning to work.
