Dear Public Charities Division:

Mark Rumley, the City Solicitor of Medford, promised the residents he would look in to the missing monies at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., and gave a deadline to Harvey Alberg, Frank Pilleri, Ron DeLucia and Arthur Alan Deluca of July 2014. http://medford.wickedlocal.com/article/20140723/News/140729230

On September 1, 2016 Mark Rumley was seen palling around with Harvey Alberg and Arthur Deluca of TV3, his former colleagues when he served on the board of directors of the fraud station with those two dishonest individuals.

It is now February of 2017.   In Malden District Court on October 31, 2016, Harvey Alberg - who lost the case to me - told a judge that he got a clean bill of health from the Attorney General's office. (Paraphrased.)  I asked the Medford Police to look into this and they have, as usual, done nothing. In fact, the Police went after the victim, me, and they also lost in a court of law on January 31, 2017.

Arthur Alan Deluca of TV3, a board member, wrote in the Medford Transcript that the AG's office gave them a clean bill of health (paraphrased,) yet the Public Charities Division had a different opinion about Alberg and Delucia - that LAW ENFORCEMENT COULD BE IMPEDED IF THEY GIVE OUT INFORMATION.

So why is city hall dragging a cable subscriber into court on phony charges that they keep losing on? ("They" being City Hall and the reprobate members of TV3 Medford)

Because the previous Mayor, McGlynn, and the current Administration under Stephanie Muccini-Burke (called a "charlatan" by WRKO radio host Kuhner,)  find the First Amendment "repugnant," to hijack a word from the lying lips of Mark Rumley.

TV3's  Board of Directors now has until Thursday, July 24 ( 2014 ) to produce financial records from the station's final year or it could face legal action from the city.  Medford officials demand TV3's financial records

In 2008 Rumley told a retired judge that he's a free speech proponent, all the while threatening to sue me over my free speech rights.

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:

Rumley's fraudulent claim to retired Judge Jackson-Thompson was in November of 2008 was a deception designed to cheat the public on behalf of his lord and master, Mike McGlynn.  Eight and a half years later Rumley's city hall  is sitting on a pile of cash designated for access TV absolutely terrified of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

If Rumley truly believed in Free Speech we would have had the access station a year ago.

Heidi Riccio of Voke Tech told the School Committee at an open meeting that the station would be in operation in September of 2016; Muccini-Burke, the charlatan Mayor, said October of 2016.  Roy E. Belson, the Superintendent told me directly in Nov of 2016 it would be in "January, (2017)" and the Medford Transcript later said Spring 2017.

Talk about cheating cable tv subscribers and residents out of a free speech platform and a place to congregate.

Are they engaging in Public Corruption?

Does this behavior, denying a service that we pay for, violate the RICO (Rackateering) act?

Residents are disgusted with Rumley, Burke, the entire Viper's nest ...

And what is the AG's office doing about it?

Citizens demand answers.

RESPECTFULLY
Award-winning radio and TV host
