Also, I believe an investigation into the conduct of George Scarpelli is in order given the allegation of a threat of physical violence made against freshmen is in newly received court documents
Mr. Falco - Scarpelli's friend - has said nothing about the incident at Medford High School this past Sunday where the State Rep appears to make a sexual joke about grabbing the private parts of Council Vice President Michael Marks. There were children in the room.
How do the residents of Medford file for sanctions against these unseemly individuals, including a police chief who tells our community everything is roses and ice cream four days after Jenna Tarabelsi was convicted of child rape, two days after Rep Donato's alleged sex stunt on school property, one day after Mayor Burke censored a resident because she was laughing at 10:30 am 10-15-17 staring exactly at Donato's hand on Michael Marks' crotch, and the police chief's threat to a resident that he gets "the police service that he deserves" a reference to the police chief failing to protect this journalist's household in regards to certain incidents and the police department's failure to interview the sole witness who saw you commit an act of physical violence on a man over 60.

On Sept. 1, 2016 Medford Solicitor Rumley was removed from a witness stand by a judge for testimony deemed "irrelevant." On September 28, 2017, Rumley admitted that he put the demand for a CORI check into the public access producer agreement.
