d)communications between employees of the AGO that reflect internal deliberations and candid thinking specific to the case at hand or otherwise demonstrate the AGO's approach to similar cases the disclosure of which would undermine the AGO's legal strategy;

and (f) communications between the AGO and Medford City Hall and Medford Community Cablevision which are investigatory materials that relate to the Petition for Dissolution and are necessarily compiled out of the public view, the disclosure of which would so prejudice the possibility of effective law enforcement by divulging the AGO's case strategy and techniques that such disclosure would not be in the public interest.
