THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is the dishonest solicitor trying to PAINT YOU RESIDENTS who pay him his gluttonous enormous and unwarranted salary with a broad brush saying that if you believe the court documents where City Councilor George Scarpelli threatened freshmen students with a punch in the nose, that you are delusional.

Look in the mirror, Mr. Rumley, your faulty power of suggestion is as effective as the wicked witch...after Dorothy threw the bucket of water on her.   Being the intelligent man that I am, I had a judge throw the bucket of water on Mr. Rumley, in court, 9/1/16 with one simple magic word:

OBJECTION

Judge LaMothe (in another case) calls me "Very Logical"

Mark E. Rumley calls us "delusional" - a few years before getting tossed off of the witness stand.
