violation that this complaint is about. If you believe the alleged violation

I, Joe Viglione, was scheduled to speak at the Medford
School Committee on 10/16/17 regarding the violation of the Open Meeting Law by
the Chapter 74 board of Medford High School.
2) Stephanie Muccini-Burke has singled me out as I am a
supporter of her former opponent in the 2015 election. She refused to speak
with me at an open meeting in May of 2017 at La Cascia’s Bakery calling my blog
“vulgar.” Full disclosure: her husband
verbally assaulted me in October 2015 calling me a “mother fxxxr” when I was
volunteering time to tape a debate.
Harassment by Muccini-Burke colleagues is a tool those colleagues use to
intimidate people courageous enough to expose her hypocrisy
The violation was absolutely intentional, premeditated and
is very personal. Muccini-Burke loathes
reporters who do not write what she wants published. Just look at the Medford
media to see that this is 1,000 percent true.
City Hall lies about free speech, especially the city solicitor Mark
Rumley who should also be recused from involving himself in this complaint.
3)I figured that Muccini-Burke would censor my discussion of the Open Meeting Law violation in regards to access television, this is how her Administration serves themselves, not the public. The Chapter 74 board intentionally failed to post about future meetings as Muccini-Burke does NOT want public input.
4)I discussed that the citizens cannot find where all the Public Access / Governmental / Educational monies flow and the failure of the media center to do proper outreach for the 10/15/17 “Open House.”
Mrs. Burke shut my microphone off saying the on-topic discussion of access, which is what the Chapter 74 board is about, was not pertinent. A State Rep allegedly committed an inappropriate act in front of children and Mrs. Burke is seen in a photograph snickering. In an Administration that calls citizens “Partners in Progress” there is a vitriol and hate from Muccini-Burke herself leveled at her enemies, real or imagined.
Her husband has allegedly uttered threats and this journalist had to deal with false charges in criminal court because of the paranoia of city hall. They will lie to shut down the legitimate media and Muccini-Burke, true to form, predictably didn’t want any discussion. When a school committee person asked a question about my concerns, Muccini-Burke shut her down as well with malarkey that didn’t answer the question.
Muccini-Burke runs a dictatorship that has a history of not following the rules that other municipalities have to follow.

What action do you want the public body to take in response
to your complaint?
Mayor Muccini-Burke and school superintendent Roy E. Belson
cannot moderate a discussion from the public when they are conflicted: when
their actions are part of the discussion, as is true with the Chapter 74
Board.
I seek:
1) To speak without interference from Muccini-Burke or Belson
2) Sanctions on Muccini-Burke for her abuse of the open meeting and her conflict of interest in this matter
3)A full investigation by the office of the Attorney General in regards to why Muccini-Burke would chair a citizen commentary that included her alleged wrongful conduct.
This is what Donald Trump does, skirting the law and revising history – both individuals ignore the fact that they are public servants paid by the public.
4)If the AG further investigates other aspects of
Muccini-Burke’s wrongful conduct similar to what this resident has experienced,
proper steps are taken to see that due to the mayor’s outrageous conduct, the
Commonwealth seek the proper remedies to have her removed from office
