Open Meeting Law Violation Alleged by Adam Knight

I have filed a civil rights complaint with the office of Diversity and Inclusion on Adam Knight, Rick Caraviello and Fred Dello Russo, Jr.
Dello Russo and Caraviello behaved somewhat earlier this evening, however Knight was down to his usual sophomoric antics that are unacceptable in a free society.
If Mr. Knight wants to perform these stunts in Russia, let him leave the United States - otherwise he has to play by the rules and be a public servant, not a reprobate always looking for attention.
Mr. Knight is aware of the Age Discrimination complaint, so he doubled down like Donald Trump on steroids.
This city has had enough of "point of interruptions" by a city councilor who promotes himself relentlessly on the council rather than doing the city's business.
Be advised that I will be filing an Open Meeting Law Complaint on Adam Knight, which will follow, for:
a)continuous abuse of parliamentary procedure to censor, and interfere with debate of matters that are of great public interest. To quote an alleged violation of Robert's Rules of Order by another body - what did to me tonight, intentionally, and maliciously was "...an egregious act of abuse of power. The rule is in place to protect delicate matters, not hide embarrassing stories."
The purpose of rules of procedure is to provide an orderly process for this debate. The Medford City Council, by its own rules, utilizes Robert's Rules of Order - Rule 36 - as well as "... operating rules and procedures (i.e. Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 43, Section 22)."
b)Mr. Knight allegedly tearing up papers while Councilor Breanna Lungo-Koehn is speaking to distract the councilor, to distract the public, to interfere in the orderly process of debate
Mr. Knight intentionally interferes in my petitions to the city council. He has singled me out and has been scary at Alden Chambers raising his voice and acting paranoid and borderline violent.
It is absolutely sick, unprofessional and demands a "no confidence vote" as well as possible impeachment. My complaint, to be filed in a follow-up e mail, is to stop such juvenile and anti-citizen behavior and expose Adam Knight as the absolute charlatan that he is, especially during an election cycle - an election cycle where Ann Marie Cugno's presence on the ballot could possibly cost Knight the seat that Knight's actions prove he does not deserve.

Knight has gone so far as to attempt to change council rules to limit free speech. He lost that battle, however, amazingly, the city solicitor - with a straight face - on television on 10-3-17 - again protested too much that the city does not censor when candidates for elected office were DENIED TV time that the Mayor, Mrs. Burke, used liberally prior to the September 12,
2017 election.
Parliamentary Practice
Rule 36.
In all matters of parliamentary practice not provided for in these rules, the City Council shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order.
The Office of the Medford City Council shall be governed by all legislative enactments inclusive of our operating rules and procedures (i.e. Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 43, Section 22).
You have a city solicitor lying to the public, with a straight face, that the city doesn't censor, while candidates were denied a platform that a mayor was using prior to a primary election.
Mr. Rumley sounds like Barbara Hale (Della Street) from the Perry Mason TV show when she went on the air after the death of Raymond Burr proclaiming "HE'S NOT GAY" (Burr left his estate to his homosexual life partner but for some reason the late Barbara Hale wanted to protesteth too much on that!) So
Rumley channels Barbara Hale "We don't Censor" (paraphrased) "He's Not Gay" - as my first girlfriend said when I was in my teens "Keep telling yourself that and you might actually begin to believe it."

Barbara Hale - knowing her good friend Raymond Burr is a same sex person "HE'S NOT GAY"
Mr. Rumley holds himself up to be some individual who deserves respect in all aspects of his life. What, did his mirror break or something? Take a good, hard look at yourself, Mark, and you won't like what stares back.

Where's Paul Donato on all these censorship tactics, bullying moves and ugly free speech violations during an election cycle?
My complaint on Adam Knight's ugly conduct at the October 3, 2017 meeting of the Medford City Council will follow.
I believe Knight's actions violate the Open Meeting Law and are especially egregious because he knew in advance that I wanted to speak without his frivolous "point of interruptions" - general buffoonery - and malicious misconduct.
For 30K or more a year the citizens deserve better than some inarticulate thug interfering in the public's right to know.
