So if this benevolent man is doing damage control for McGlynn and now Muccini-Burke, how does this serve the city?

 Is he CONFLICTED between doing what his heart says and doing what he does to take a salary?

If I go to a man who claims to care about his fellow citizens and he is more loyal to the mayors giving him a bloated paycheck, does he understand that it is our money?   Where is our access television?
