$48.00 payments to Dr. Rabies, Art Deluca, who is on the board of directors. Deluca, currently airing in Malden and Medford, would write articles saying "You don't really need access," while as a board member he was fleecing the community, and possibly Paul Donato, of their First Amendment rights. Certainly Deluca needs YOUR access TV, and that fraud is telling you that you don't need it while he is ON the board of directors AND getting paid for something.
