Ben Brown Must Be Fired For Negligence; SUSPEND HIM WITHOUT PAY FOR DONATO STUNT ON OPENING DAY

TO: Members of the School Committee and City Council

I received an anonymous letter from someone who made a VERY GOOD point about safety at the high school

1)Former school employee Jenna Tarabelsi was convicted of rape on October 13, 2017

2)Two days later, Rep Paul Donato performs a sex joke on then-Council VP Michael Marks in front of two small children (approximately 9  and 10 years of age) and a student running the camera

Station manager Ben Brown failed to call the police on Mr. Donato when Mark Rumley wants CORI CHECKS of each resident, though Brown is paid $67,500 a year to supervise the children.
Ben Brown failed and I may personally file, pro se, an injunction on Brown being as deficient as allegedly Principal Jake Edwards and Superintendent Belson in regards to the ammunition and magazine

3)Now with the revelation that a Principal and Superintendent failed to do the right thing, as deficient with ammunition as Ben Brown was supervising the children, all three of them need to be removed

I will be bringing the photograph (enclosed) of Mayor Burke laughing at a sex stunt in front of children as evidence as to why Mrs. Burke is negligent and unfit to be Issuing Authority of the Access TV station and its monies.

The lack of safety at the school in regards to crimes of a sexual nature and now this ammunition for a gun prior to the Florida massacre means that city officials don't care about public safety.

The informant also suggested that Mayor Burke didn't consider my proposal to run the access station, though I am the only person who filed a proposal on time.  This will be noted in the complaint in
Superior Court.    If Mrs. Burke's husband is a clerk at the courthouse where I file, and if any of Mr. and Mrs. Burke's supporters are employed there, I will ask for a venue change.

More  about this soon.  In the meantime, Ben Brown must be removed for failing to report the Donato sex stunt that occurred on October 15, 2017, 10:30 am at the opening of  the new access TV station, two days after Jenna Tarabelsi was convicted.

This city hides too much ...and we can only imagine what other things that have occurred that we don't know about. Which I will state in my case when it goes before a judge

Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
