Did Caraviello Break the Law again, 8:55 pm Tonight

Police Chief
100 Main Street
Medford, MA 02155

To the Chief of Police,

At 8:55 pm tonight leaving the parking lot of the front of Medford City Hall, I noticed a NO LEFT TURN sign.

Council President Richard F. Caraviello went across the road, took a left and headed towards Medford Square.
Is this legal?

Is the No Left Turn for the oncoming traffic or for the traffic heading towards Medford Square?  The logical mind is that the no left sign means simply that...NO LEFT TURN.

Chief Sacco's "see it and say it" lip service alleged community policing allows reprobates like Caraviello to
jaywalk (see photo, May 19, 2017  1:20 pm,) lie to the police to do serious damage to a citizen (false charge of witness intimidation,) and now the arrogant Caraviello takes a left turn  that - allegedly - might not have been appropriate.

When is Chief Sacco going to abide by his oath of office (enclosed) because as Chief of Police when bullets are found in an auditorium, the Chief has to be responsible for:

a)the lack of security
b)the lack of cameras
c)the lack of honesty from the chief of law enforcement in this city.

This city only asks you to "see it and say it" so they can protect it, it being themselves.

As I got home there was a truck in the bus stop on Salem Street, of course, which has gone on for years.

To Mr. Macgilvray - they (Muccini Burke and even Sacco) have done much to embarrass you  and Officer Montalbano, but they protected Mr. LeBert, the late Mr. Hudson, Mr. Hughes... --- it is incumbent on the  officers to hold Sacco to his oath of office.

Rick Caraviello needs to be sanctioned, and removed from the city council of Medford.  Caraviello does not set a good example for the citizens of Medford.   Make an example out of HIM, if you truly believe in "see it, say it."

Respectfully

Joe Viglione
