Solicitor Rumley Sweeps Child Porn Ring Allegation Under the Rug

1,202,568 @ 9:44 am

*Please note, we have correspondence from Mark Rumley regarding the alleged child porn ring.

It is disgusting that this city sweeps so many crimes under the rug.  Shameful, actually.

More about this story as I respond to Rumley's newest malarkey.

 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

One of the four videos of the May 31, 2018 meeting of the Cable Advisory Board has reached 101 views on Real Medford Mass Politics on Facebook
and an additional 27 views on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFXWtLfHHMY&feature=youtu.be

This is significant because the hard work and honest efforts of Joe Viglione bring you information on the inner workings of Stephanie Muccini-Burke's actions as "issuing authority"

Noted below - the posting for the job of station manager.   Three quick points:

Point #1 The city of Medford will discriminate if you voted for Bob Penta or David McKillop.

"The city of Medford is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/504 Employer."   That is such nonsense.
This town is rife with discrimination, and we challenge Neil Osborne to stop enabling the mayor and start doing his job.    The right person is NOT chosen for the job, and here's the proof

Point #2   Ben Brown was Stephanie Burke's choice and he was the fifth disaster in a row as station manager.   Jay Campbell can praise the failed choice, Ben Brown, to high heaven, but the FACTS, not Mr. Campbell's skewed delusions, prove that city hall either will not or cannot hire the right person.

Muccini-Burke should NOT be issuing authority; Jay Campbell should NOT chair the Cable Advisory Board as:

a)he has shown an inability to chair ANY committee

b)Campbell has zero knowledge of what is good for Medford residents regarding access TV issues

Point #3    TV3 Medford put in a scarecrow, Steve Marra, to be manager of the station.  His office was piled high with pizza boxes and Dunkin' Donuts frosted chocolate coffee rolls (and Marra did blame me for turning him on to the coffee rolls, which I did, but - boy - was he ever gluttonous and couldn't control himself when it came to sweets and Chinese food and pizza, the refuse and the odor piling up in the office at 40 Canal Street)

That TV 3 allegedly got thrown out of 40 Canal Street, 5 High Street and Riverside Ave (three for three)
is proof positive that mayors controlling access TV is a bad thing for Medford.

Now there's the allegation that TV3 equipment may have been used for a child porn ring in Medford, City Solicitor Rumley writing in regards to evidence turned over to the Medford police that equipment co-owned by the city was purportedly used to disseminate naked pictures of an underage person.

The police failed to prosecute the alleged offender, a good friend of Mayor McGlynn's ...yet they knew the name of the victim and where he worked.   So?  How can you not know if the image was of an adult or a child when you knew who the victim was?

They swept it under the rug.  Your public access equipment allegedly used for a child porn ring where the informant said specifically that PayPal refused to work with the former mayor's friend again.

So when Yvette Wilks and Gabby Follett Sumney and Jay Campbell pontificate ...so proud of themselves that a questionable mayor appointed them to a board yet they have zero knowledge of the sleazy past of Medford's public access channel, you have to wonder ...

We understand that Neil Osborne and Jenn Dever Wood  may be involved in the hiring process at the station.

The most qualified person to be Executive Director of Medford Community Media is this writer who established Community Media Medford (a registered business in the city of Medford, notice how Mayor Burke lifted my name and intellectual property,) the sole proposal which city hall received when Mayor McGlynn requested proposals for the access station.

They ignored a legitimate proposal (which called for the mayor to be recused...actually REMOVED from the position of "issuing authority") because that proposal was in the best interests of the citizens of Medford.

One person has the passion, the EXPERIENCE, the knowledge to make Medford Access TV flourish and become a powerful tool for EVERY citizen in this community.

One person is the right choice for the job of Executive Director.

I told the city council that Ben Brown was the WRONG person to be installing new equipment at Alden Chambers.   Of course I was right again.
Ben Brown left on Friday the 13th in April and our city council cablecasts looked like a poorly dubbed foreign movie.

The city of Medford is engaging in discrimination by not giving Joe Viglione the opportunity to run the TV station.  I am the best man for the job.
I am - and this is not even arguable - the person who has put the most time into helping Medford's access television situation.

To see Yvette, Jay and Gabby fumble and stumble meeting after meeting, and get so defensive, is just a warning that things are getting even worse

They haven't a clue about the history of Medford's failed access TV, and they are the problem, not just the symptom.

I am applying for the job of station manager, though the correct title should be Executive Director.  I have a proposal which can benefit the city of Medford

They discriminate against me; the mayor's husband called me a "motherBLEEPER" while I was taping at the Chevalier

Our city does NOT hire on merit, it is NOT fair, and it violates the EEOC   Medford is NOT an equal opportunity employer.

It is not.

Pure age discrimination at work, which I have complained about to the deaf Neil Osborne.  Shame on him.
Mr. Osborne knows that I reported one of his commissions to the authorities for violating the Open Meeting Law.  They found in my favor.
Think about it.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the person's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or ...
