Former City Lawyer Attempted to Interfere in my Removal of McGlynn's Uncle from Medford Housing Authority Board of Directors

When the dishonest former city solicitor jumped up to "object" at the Housing authority to your editor questioning the mayor's uncle, I pointed at him and said "YOU, sit down."

Like a bad little kindergarten child the city lawyer had to be obedient. It was as classic as when I had him thrown off the witness stand when he was defending a violent stalker with a simple "objection."

YOU CAN FIGHT CITY HALL and you MUST!

That lawyer tried to pass himself off as being separate from the Medford Housing Authority and that the authority was a "separate body politic."

I then contacted two offices of Deval Patrick at Beacon Hill (one of those being Deval's office) and...voila ...McGlynn's little scheme went up in smoke ---could the former mayor be charged with elder abuse for using his sweet old uncle? A very nice old man??? Hopefully, Marian!

My old pal Donato was screaming at me on the phone again "You didn't get to Deval Patrick" and - like - ahem, chill man, of course I did. Donato thought about it and had to swallow his pride...and alleged protection of McGlynn. Indeed I did contact the office of Deval Patrick and within two weeks the mayor's uncle was removed from a conflicted position that gave McGlynn, and his buddy Bob Covelle, and others, way too much power that they did not deserve. THAT - my darlings, is why McGlynn loathes public access TV.
A little sunlight in the McGlynn darkness.

FROM THE MEDFORD PATCH:

(Governor Deval) Patrick also replaced his appointment to the authority's commission Eugene McGillicuddy with Sean Caron. McGillicuddy is related to McGlynn through marriage, he said during a housing meeting in April after being asked about his relationship to McGlynn by Medford resident and videographer Joseph Viglione.
