Madame Knight and the Cable TV Commission

690,215 @ 3:18 pm

On April Fool's Day 2013 Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. went off the air and gave us color bars for the hundreds of thousand dollars they were playing with, the ill-advised move to 32 Riverside Ave.

Adam "lip service" Knight called the old TV3 "a fiasco" - the only sensible thing Knight has said about access TV. The punchline is that clueless Knight aligned himself with the board member, Matthew Page Lieberman, that was the subject of a Superior Court hearing for throwing a punch at a man (this writer,) with Attorney David Skerry telling now-retired judge Diane Kottmyer "We'll handle it internally."

Knight's good friend, Matthew Page Lieberman was unceremoniously thrown off of a fraudulent board of directors for inappropriate (and violent) behavior documented in a police report.

FULL LETTER

I was at the Mass Access TV convention today in Canton Massachusetts.  Have lots of new information on access tv.

At least Medford had one veteran, knowledgeable representative

Talent Director on the board of

MEDFORD HISTORY

So while an inefficient board of directors were defending allegations of racism and homophobia, and putting our equipment in a store front with no connectivity to the cable TV providers, one wonders how Mark E. Rumley, City Solicitor, could be so "less than competent" when Solicitor Rumley had promised us an election in January of 2009, but failed to have the proper board members at a board meeting in December of 2008 AFTER HAVING BEEN TOLD IN ADVANCE THAT THE PRESIDENT OF THE STATION HAD NO INTENTION OF ABIDING BY HIS AGREEMENT WITH RUMLEY.

It was a ruse, and about 100k or more was used in retaliatory lawsuits by the fraudulent board of directors to harass citizens, to censor citizens, to defame citizens, and to deny them access TV

Today is Stephanie Muccini Burke's 120th day in office.  Is she busy doing her nails?

What does ex TV Cable Commissioner Bob Skerry doing about it?  Doesn't he have a sense of OBLIGATION to the residents of Medford for all the money he has been paid on the school committee?   Especially now with Muccini-Burke aligning access with the high school where, at the Mass Access Convention today, we heard how cities that put access in the high school tend to give the high school priority over something that is supposed to be for the PUBLIC
