A president of a 501c3 admitted in a court of law that he put his hand on this writer - unwanted touching - and he was rude and obnoxious with many witnesses at a Christmas party.   Why can't people just keep their hands off other people, especially in a position of power?

MARCELLUS, N.Y. -- An art teacher accused of inappropriately touching a student has taught numerous public and private art classes and won awards for his art over three decades.
Timothy E. Smarzo, 65, of Syracuse, was charged with two counts of forcible touching and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
During an art class, Smarzo was accused of "forcibly touching the intimate parts of a female student," who is less than 17 years old, the New York State Police said. The student's parents reported the incident directly to the state police Special Investigations Unit.
