Arthur Deluca and MCC TV3 Committing FRAUD again

This magazine and its companion page,
Community Media Medford, are businesses registered in the city of Medford.

In the past 14 years frauds at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc, including but not limited to the bankrupt Harvey and Doria Alberg, Harvey Albert's partner-in-crime Ron DeLucia who alleged on TV3 that innocent people were "convicted" of a crime or crimes (as did the staff and the entire board of directors on a bulletin on the TV station, Channel 3,) and the notorious rag-man of Medford, elder abuser Arthur Deluca, have fraudulently filed a claim at City Hall (under the former station manager) that they owned "Community Media Medford."


We could have Arthur DeLuca's rag impersonating this site removed at any time, but as law enforcement is investigating those frauds, it is part of the case against them.

Incarceration would be too good for them as they would enjoy a free ride, as they got abusing our access TV monies by filing lawsuits that violated the anti-Slapp statute and by phony "toxic mold" displays at the council, general buffoonery, and - of course - intentionally putting the station at a location that had no connectivity.

Through honest efforts the citizens now have half a million dollars that didn't get abused by those miscreants.

Arthur Alan Deluca has made a cottage industry of abusing senior citizens and elder people.  His accomplice - his partner in crime - has a restraining order for harassing a senior, minority person.

That's the despicable tv3.

We will be filing legal papers against them soon but are also awaiting a decision from the AG's office before they are collectively and personally held responsible for their ugly, irresponsible behavior which continues to this day.
