City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley once likened TV3 to "Havana" Cuba. Guess what, Mr. Rumley? You were on their board of directors and they were simply following what appears to be your formula for city hall, we now believe.
When TV3 wrote up "Mark Rumley's Charade" the spelling was a bit crude, they called it "Rumley's Chirade (sic) - no intelligence down at TV3, yet Mark Rumley made a promise to the citizens to get the financial records.

What kind of father and husband stands by and allows a cover up of a huge sex scandal, allegedly trading in a young woman's virtue in a lust for power. It is sick, it is just damn sick.
