BEN BROWN MUST GO: Another Hack TV3 Station Manager who has damaged yet another election

"I Can't Answer It, I would have to back to the city and ask"  Ben Brown 9-19-17 at the Medford City Council

Total Abuse of the $600k We saved the City When we SHUT DOWN MCC TV3

Look at the attached document.  The secret board from the high school with unqualified participants, in my opinion,  discussed the hiring of the PUBLIC ACCESS station manager.

This secret board that the AG's office found violated the OPEN MEETING LAW - a school Chapter 74 board, discussed the hiring of the clearly inept Ben Brown, who admitted to me that a)he had never worked at a station on the Verizon system, b)couldn't answer simple questions at the City Council on 9-19-17, c)has failed to do outreach prior to an election, d)hands out a bogus Producers Agreement chock full of censorship that has the alleged fingerprints of Mark E. Rumley all over it.

He isn't a station manager, Ben Brown is a bungling puppet that is clueless, out of touch and who has damaged voter rights during a primary.

LOOK AT THE DOCUMENT - the board that was in violation of the open meeting law - twice - discussed the hiring of the PUBLIC access manager, a school board with what looks like unqualified hacks including Paul Gerety, ex board member of the notorious TV3

Ben Brown, Roy E. Belson, Stephanie Burke need to follow another person from city govt,  Atty Anthony Arena's lead, and step down!

The Attorney General's office writes:
Following our review, we find that the Committee violated the Open Meeting Law byfailing to properly post notice of its meetings. In reaching determination, we reviewed the original complaint, the Committee's response to the complaint, and thecomplaint filed with our office requesting further review. Additionally, we reviewedthe notices of the Committee's October 25, 2016 and April 4, 2017 meetings.

Look at his comment at the city council Sept. 19, 2017 when he couldn't answer a very simple question:

Rep Donato clearly notes that free speech is THE MOST PROTECTED RIGHT.

"I'm here to make sure that this TV station is the best it can be for
ourselves and for our children" Judge Marie O. Jackson-Thompson (retired)

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

Nine years later we find out that fork-tongued Mark  is the alleged author of censorship in Medford
