Council Meeting 9-19-17 rerun on Friday 3 pm Failing Grade for Ben Brown

City Council 9-19-17 ON RIGHT NOW, Channel 43 Verizon, Channel 22 Comcast. Last night, according to John Byers, they ran the August meeting from the TV studio. Johnny has it on DVR. He just confirmed that 3 PM Channel 3 has the current, 9-19-17 meeting on Comcast; I am taping Verizon right now 3:15 pm The audio and the video are horrendous. In Winchester I would tape the town hall meetings. We would take the cameras from the TV studio and bring them into the auditorium. Why can't Ben Brown do this? How OLD are those cameras in the auditorium. Why are we paying $67,500.00 for a lazy novice giving the city low-standard audio and video?
