Complaint of Alleged Violation by Commission for Persons with Disabilities

They refused to allow me to tape an OPEN MEETING for Facebook Live on 9/27/17

Complaint being filed today, 9/28/17

In Room 207 on Wednesday, 9/27/17, the Commission for Persons with Disabilities - which has Natalie Breen on the board - met (not in 201 where Water and Sewer were meeting.) They REFUSED to allow me to Facebook live the OPEN MEETING even though Neil Osborne had met with me around 4:30 pm and we had discussed it. Finally, they relented and wanted me to "tape" for "future use" - really? Dictating how the Open Meeting will be presented to the public? What if one of the public wanted to run over to the meeting to discuss an issue? after seeing it on Facebook live?
