1)3 teachers are paid around $200,000.00 from the P/E/G franchise fee attached to the Verizon and Comcast cable bill.   This money might be the Government channel money.

2)Approximately $600,000.00 or 3/5ths of the Cable TV ‘franchise fee’ goes into a black hole called the “General Fund.”    Why does the Muccini-Burke Administration not tell us how our cable TV money is being spent?

3)The facility built at the high school – against the wishes of Mayor McGlynn’s own investigative team brought onboard to study access television (they determined the station should be centrally located, not at the high school)

In 2017 Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke and School Superintendent Roy E. Belson have hijacked the monies for public access television and are using it almost exclusively for Educational and Governmental, despite the fact that both those entities have their own monies that are not being used for those two channels.
