Dello Russo Allegedly Called his Uncle A CROOK at the American Legion


Rumor has it - last night, 10/2/17 - at the American Legion Candidate's Night or whatever they were calling it, Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. allegedly called his own uncle a crook!

Allegedly, Mr. Dello Russo asked candidate Ray Scarfo this morning if he misspoke and called his uncle a "crook."  Allegedly Mr. Scarfo replied: YES, YOU DID.

Allegedly, Christopher Donovan taped the entire night, so if Freddy Jr Jr called uncle a thug, it is there on tape!

Medford Mayor Arthur Dello Russo spent time in Prison

A. Arthur Dello Russo, the first Italian-American to become mayor and alderman of Medford, died Friday in New England Medical Center. He was 78 and lived in Medford.
Mr. Dello Russo served as mayor of Medford from 1955 until 1957. He was first elected to the Medford Board of Aldermen, Ward 5, in 1943, and served two successive terms until 1947. He then served as one of seven city councilors in 1951 and 1953, and again from 1959 to 1961.
In 1950 he and his brother, Fredrick, established the Dello Russo Funeral Service in Medford. He retired from the business in 1978.
Born in the North End section of Boston, he graduated from Boston schools and from Northeastern University. …
