ALLEGEDLY, MR. DONATO WAS GRABBING MR. MARKS BACKSIDE AT THE VFW A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AT A POLITICAL EVENT

State Rep Paul Donato was in a photo op at Medford High School with a young student, Danny, operating the camera. There were also two children in the room, allegedly the sons of city councilor John Falco, and a couple with a baby in a carriage.
Mr. Donato chose to move his hand from an appropriate area to allegedly thrust it into the genitalia of City Council Vice President Michael Marks.

Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke is smirking in delight at the openly crude and offensive behavior.
On October 13, 2017 former Medford High School counselor Jenna Tarabelsi was convicted of child rape. In November of 2016 Superintendent Roy E. Belson joked to new hire Krissy Fraser "Joe thinks I hide sexual predators at the high school."
Truth of the matter is that any reasonable person - given the amount of sexual misconduct at Medford High School - would draw the conclusion that Mayor Stephanie Muccini Burke, Superintendent Belson and Police Chief Leo "Give my son a break, don't give him a breathalyzer 1/23/17" A. Sacco Jr. all conspired, allegedly, to hush up alleged illicit sex between a powerful politician's daughter and a teacher / varsity coach who resigned on June 30, 2015.

The students have been allegedly buzzing about the allegations, especially the mayor, being former Director of Personnel, allegedly hushing up a crime in order to get elected, the local weekly newspaper's former editor, Nell Escobar Coakley allegedly behaving like Matt Damon and Ben Affleck refusing to print the story, according to sources.
On Sunday, October 15, 2017, at 10:30 am, State Rep Paul J. Donato continued the alleged pattern of sexual impropriety in public, this time caught in photographs misbehaving in front of children ON SCHOOL PROPERTY.
In the city of Medford they do NOT take sexual harassment seriously. The FBI was contacted in regards to a floppy disc which allegedly had child porn on it, and - allegedly - cameras from the now-under investigation (by the office of the Attorney General's law enforcement of Public Charities Division) dissolving 501c3 Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. were used for the alleged child porn ring which allegedly was DENIED a PayPal account for allegedly selling the materials on the web.
The Medford Police, whose chief is Leo A. Sacco, Jr., whose own son was pulled over for allegations of drunk driving and was never given a breathalyzer or field sobriety test, according to reports, said that there was nothing there when the letter accompanying the floppy disc said that the child was underage. The police knew his name and where he worked, but they concluded they couldn't tell if he was a minor.
Allegedly he was, they just allegedly deep-sixed the investigation because the alleged culprit was a friend allegedly of a former mayor
In the city of Medford the city clerk can commit a physical assault and the victim will be charged with "Witness Intimidation" by Marian Ryan's office ...and be found innocent by the court, 1/31/17, eight days after a police chief's son allegedly got away with drunk driving.
They do not take physical assault, sexual assault at the high school or drunk driving seriously in the city of Medford if you are connected; if you report on wrongful conduct they retaliate in the most vicious and disgusting of ways.

Both were caught on tape saying things to and about women that should have ensured they’d never make it a step further in their respective fields. Section 16: Open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior
Section 16. A man or woman, married or unmarried, who is guilty of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than three years or in jail for not more than two years or by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars.
Lascivious behavior is sexual behavior or conduct that is considered crude and offensive, or contrary to local moral or other standards of appropriate behavior. In this sense "lascivious" is similar in meaning to "lewd", "lustful", "indecent", "lecherous", "unchaste", "licentious" or "libidinous".
