Mark Rumley got up at the city council after my speech 10-3-17 and declared falsely that city hall doesn't censor. Tell that to the candidates for city council who had absolutely no forum on and before 9/12/17 - the primary - while Muccini-Burke used SOLELY PUBLIC access monies, the P of P/E/G so that Kristina Fraser could throw a student film session in June, city council meetings in July, August and October at the access stations, and blackouts on the government channel, bad audio when a clueless station manager was behind the boards IN THE STUDIO (was he falling asleep?) horrible audio in the school auditorium, no outreach, no promotion of an alleged October 15 "Open House" for the TV station from 10 am to noon when people are usually in church, Rumley putting his unclean fingers into the mix with a CORI report that has made lawyer Mark Rumley the laughing stock of access television at the Malden Access TV party, at studios around the Commonwealth - Mark Rumley is the butt of jokes for having a CORI check at a school chock full of alleged sexual predators. allegedly Mark Smith (who assaulted a man and never told those who hired him,) allegedly Jenna Tarabelsi and allegations of a varsity coach having sex with a student, allegedly swept under the rug so that the then Director of Personnel, Muccini-Burke, wouldn't be asked tough questions in her campaign against Bob Penta, the fellow who truly won the election. Can't discuss election improprieties on access TV when Mark Rumley is censoring you, then spitting in your face that there is no censorship, and hiding behind clueless Ben Brown, Rumley's cowardice and chicanery the only thing transparent about a city solicitor who has long overstayed his welcome and who is as nuch a danger to our society as Roy E. Belson and Mrs. Burke.
These individuals are incorrigible, deceitful, hardly "public servants" and will retaliate and harass any citizen bringing their malfeasance, not alleged malfeasance, their malfeasance (9/12 primary big case in point) out of the mothballs.
Rumley should be removed from the law department for such a slap in the face to the cable TV subscribers. And then lying about it with his "no censorship" routine which has worn thin. People aren't as stupid as Rumley treats them. So why hasn't a city lawyer who got in via nepotism - his friendship with McGlynn - put his name on a ballot and run for office? Because he has so much baggage, he's carring a big bag of baggage bricks, that he would be laughed out of town in a New York minute, Mr. Bloomberg.
As your streets deteriorate, water and sewer projects in limbo - that alluring eight or nine million dollar Easter egg dazzling Muccini-Burke as if it is her Hope diamond, and allegations that a politician's husband has been repeatedly pulled over for drunk driving and let go like MBTA Transit officer Joe Sacco on an alleged drinking binge.
That's right, the 1/23/17 article notes that Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr.'s son "got away with it" allegedly when his gun and truck and keys were taken away from transit cop Joseph Sacco, a luxury ride home from a friend rather than a night in a cell at a police station, and Medford residents aren't even aware due to the media blackout in this city. That would have been front page news in Woburn as was Police xxxxx xxxxxx's little accident on Route 93 (allegedly, the enormous, out of shape ex police xxxx was coming back from a rendezvous in New Hampshire with a lady friend allegedly not his wife. Some obese slob and an alleged girlfriend, but it was on the FRONT PAGE of Wicked Local in Woburn while in Medford where are the news articles?)
