My response to the woman who allegedly complained about Rumley's behavior to the mayor:
Here's what I don't understand, Jxxxxxx, a city lawyer is supposed to represent the city - that means the city council as well, and the city clerk, I believe.So if a lawyer who purportedly represents Breanna Lungo-Koehn as a councilor speaks to her, on camera, in what could be perceived as an embarrassing way; if that same lawyer belittles Michael Marks and talks over him - while Marks has the floor and even Dello Russo showing a little outrage, how does that comply with the oath of office a city solicitor took, swearing to God?
