I see that the Mayor wants almost 1 1/2 million from the Council (or for the council to approve it.)
What is this 73k for "administration" ???
But my question is really, as "issuing authority" does the mayor decide NOT to bring the P/E/G television budget to the council for approval?
Shouldn't there be some kind of checks and balances, no matter how many phonies sit on the council,
just to get it on the public's radar????
