In watching the often-rancorous debates of the Medford City Council, Adam Knight believes politics has gotten in the way of progress in recent years.
“The people who are watching these meetings say we need change,” Knight said of the council. “I think we can restore some faith in the council, do the people’s business and cut the politics out of it.”
Knight cited his track record as a consensus builder as one major reason he decided to run for a seat on the City Council this November.
The lifelong resident works as a contract negotiator for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and lives on High Street with his wife of four years, Alison. The two are expecting their first child this November.
