Part 2

Performance Evaluation of Stephanie Muccini Burke 101 days into her Administration
____________________________________________________

The campaign Muccini-Burke waged was ugly with alleged poll calls which turned out to be disguised hate advertising, intentionally mocking and besmirching her opponent, a man who has done more for the gay community than Stephani Burke will ever do.

So while Muccini-Burke knew that Local 25 was involved in gay bashing and hate speech, she and Adam Knight took the blood money anyway, just plain lackeys of the Teamsters Local 25 while this story was breaking during the campaign:

Thuggish threats and racist and homophobic taunts by picketing members of Boston’s Teamsters Local 25 against the cast and crew of Top Chef have become a campaign issue in the race for governor of Massachusetts.
http://deadline.com/2014/08/top-chef-boston-teamsters-threats-at-top-chef-set-becomes-statewide-campaign-issue-823150/

Indeed, Adam Knight has treated this "alternative lifestyle person" with disdain and utter hatred, including befriending a thug that had attacked me at City Hall, Matthew Page Lieberman, an ex-board member of TV3 Medford.

It is alleged that Mrs. Burke's emissary, Adam Knight,  politically "employed" Page-Lieberman to use his video library to issue negative YouTube videos against her opponent.

If you doubt how ugly this is, it can be tied directly to Burke when he own husband on October 15, 2015 wrongfully removed the wife of Mrs. Burke's opponent from the first row center, as well as this videographer, blurting out quite loudly in front of witnesses "get that motherfucker out of there."  (Side note: Brian Burke's boss, Michael Sullivan, at Middlesex Superior Court claims (I believe falsely) that Mr. Burke didn't violate the Canon of Ethics. According to my reading of the Canon, I believe Burke did. But you see, Michael Sullivan is a supporter of Muccini-Burke.)

 ________________________________
*Will print the Canon of Ethics soon, and keep in
mind that Michael Sullivan must abide by that
Canon as well; cronyism - they do not care about
the public paying them for alleged service, it is
all about power and greed.
________________________________

The two campaigns had agreed on the previous night that the front row was fair game and that the campaigns would use rows 2 and 3 of the Chevalier Theater.

Mrs. Burke also kept her husband "in the closet" during the campaign, only posting his photos but never his name or occupation on any political materials that I read.
_________________________________________________
Stephanie Muccini-Burke ran a dirty campaign with her own mother over at 22 Allston endorsing her daughter inside a building owned by Medford Housing Authority purportedly on a daily basis, and reportedly pumping an autistic man for information in what I believe was an underhanded and truly abusive fashion.

After my news site questioned repeatedly how a mayor's mother could be in Medford Housing when other seniors are on waiting lists, it is alleged that Lena Muccini has left 22 Allston.  Now maybe Lena Muccini needed the public assistance, if so, what a remarkable statement on a Mayor who was earning at least 110k as Director of Personnel with a husband making good money over at Middlesex Superior Court --probably a good reason why Muccini-Burke wanted to keep her husband's name "in the closet" during the campaign, when she should have kept him in the closet instead of having him make a vulgar, public spectacle of himself before the first debate 10/15/15.

Which brings us up to today, Day 101 of the "Administration."

After Muccini-Burke abused the city council to change a city ordinance so that she could have a "Chief of Staff" - Teresa Walsh - the attorney from Tufts University who had campaigned so hard WITH Muccini-Burke, and after Burke announced the hiring on January 21, 2016 on the city website, Walsh was "disappeared" more secretly than a junior varsity head coach was exited from Medford High School on June 30, 2015 (more about that later.)

Here's the January 21, 2016 posting on the city website:

http://www.medfordma.org/2016/01/21/mayor-burke-announces-staff/

Mayor Burke stated “I am more than confident that my staff will readily respond to the inquiries of our residents and address their concerns pertaining to the delivery of services and all other aspects of city government. It is with enthusiasm that I look forward to the work that lies ahead.”

The staff persons and appointed officials are Teresa Walsh, Linda Coletti, Jeanine Femino-Camuso, Lauren Feltch, Annie Sgroi, Ann Marie Irwin and Brian Kerins.
________________________________________________

In the first 100 days the Chief of Staff,Teresa Walsh, resigned Feb. 12 after only being announced on the city website on January 21. In 23 days, less than a month the Chief of Staff was gone. I got confirmation on this when I broke the story at 1:07 pm on February 18th from Annie Sgroi.

Last week I broke the story that Annie Sgroi left the Administration. So within the first 101 days two of the 7 staffers in the inner circle are gone.

Brian Kerins, the only male on the staff, was scheduled for only 90 days " Brian Kerins will serve for a ninety day appointment as the Interim Commissioner of Public Works." If Kerins is also gone, that means only four of the seven in this Administration are still there.

Kerins might be kept onboard after the 90 days because Burke simply can't seem to staff her own Administration.

Keep in mind that McGlynn didn't seem to have this problem with a merry-go-round Administration, nor do mayors in Woburn or Somerville or Boston, to my knowledge. So much for "diversity" from this alleged "mayor."

Now let's look at Muccini-Burke's "accomplishments"

1)Pay-To-Park is still a disaster, choking the life out of Medford businesses, especially knowing in advance of the long-term Cradock Bridge replacement which is hurting dozens of businesses in the square.  They kept the pay to park disaster in place-  knowing about Cradock bridge - anyway and rammed it through full steam ahead.

2)Public Access Television - though the Mayor, McGlynn at the time, had a legitimate proposal a year ago by an access TV veteran  to operate the access station, McGlynn intentionally lied to the public and his own hand-picked "tribunal" - an outgoing (from our city, from Medford to Sharon/Walpole) Catholic priest who allegedly knows little about access TV, the MWRA's Fred Laskey who PROMISED me we would have access to (don't make promises that you can't keep, Freddy, who is in the bcc,) and Allison Goldsberry, a nice woman that I get along with who, unfortunately, draws a teacher's salary from our access TV funding.

They intentionally had no access TV in place and, once again, I broke the story that Muccini-Burke plans to open up a station in October, despite taking monthly fees from residents with about 500k in monies in a bank account languishing.

At the School Committee on March 28th I informed Erin DeBenidetto, Paulette Van der Kloot, Bob Skerry, Superintendent Belson, Mayor Burke and other members of the school committee that I had spoken to Barbara Kerr at the Library and that we could put computers on the second floor to edit, purchase a van and three cameras, and operate a station immediately utilizing the van to go back and forth from the Chevalier to the Library to the school (and, by extension, anywhere else in Medford to get stories for our tv station.)

Van der Kloot was shocking in her abusive tone: "I know you're frustrated, but who will drive the van and this isn't under our purview" (paraphrased.)

Really, Ms. Van der Kloot - it isn't under your purview for the high school students to have access to tv immediately, but you did find it under your purview for Mayor McGlynn to use School Committee time to praise an offensive individual who brought a child rapist to TV3 on 11/27/09

Let's refresh Paulette's memory for her in what she considered under her "purview" that could only hurt the students:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Outgoing Mayor Michael J. McGlynn used School committee time on March 7, 2011 to "congratulate" the webmaster and former board member of TV3, a station McGlynn had to shut down.

McGlynn congratulated Gary Zappelli, who would be arrested on September, 4, 2013 for a false bomb threat at Station Landing, where Zappelli was thrown out of - and possibly got an apartment there allegedly through McGlynn; on July 8 2014 Mr. Zappelli was arrested for allegedly giving 3 beers to a 16 year old cadet who allegedly spent the night at the cottage where Zappelli was staying.

For pointing out the problems with the school committee, the public access TV and the school superintendent's deficiencies, Roy E. Belson, working in concert with Mayor Burke these 101 days, wrote this after my speech to the school committee, March 29th, the day after my polite speech:

Mr. Piglione

You are pathetic and disgusting.

Would it surprise you all to know that in 2006, ten years
ago, Gary Zappelli would write a similar "Mr. Piglione" letter.

Birds of a feather, as they say, flock together.

Belson, perhaps feeling pangs of guilt, wrote this a few hours later:

"Joe. I suspect you have some talents"
Roy Belson, Superintendent of Medford Schools, March 29, 2017 @ 5:40 pm via e mail

_____________________________________________
The person in charge of the school committee? One Stephanie
Muccini-Burke, who is responsible for Mr. Belson's hate mail,
just another mark against her in her first 100 days.

No access TV for the 2016 election until October? A pivotal
presidential election with lots of local candidates running
as well.  And no access TV, again, even though she has our money collecting dust in a bank account?  For shame.
_____________________________________________________

Muccini-Burke's first 101 days have not been spent building infrastructure...or the proverbial "bridges," all due respect to the Cradock.

Indeed, you have a "transition team" that is invisible to the community.

As Burke attempts to drop the "Muccini" from her name (not as easy as getting rid of ex Chief of Staff Teresa Walsh or
Ms. Sgroi in her front office,) the specter of the "transition team" looms like a dark shadow over Muccini-Burke's failure to administrate.

Kenneth Krause - alleged to have rejected the Chamber of Commerce when he was made "Citizen of the Year."

He calls himself "Ken Medford" and his position on the Green Line is polarizing to say the least. Citizen of the Year?

Teresa Walsh - she's gone, transition team down from 28 to 27

Paul A. Camuso as "chair" of the team.  Muccini-Burke didn't just hate Paul Camuso while on the council, she appeared to have loathed him.

Now Camuso's wife is in the front office at a huge salary,
and the sheriff's department, where Camuso works, still won't
come clean on whether or not he has a criminal record. But the individual, Paul Camuso, who stopped Mark Rumley and Stephanie Burke from talking about access tv about 8 years ago, at the city council, is now her creepy lieutenant.

Rumors about Camuso's abuse of his own family over inheritance issues over a tragic passing in his family, and allegations of an assault on his own grandmother, an allegation of violence against women, do not seem to phase the woman who took money from Local 25 and wouldn't give it back after those 5 indictments; the now-mayor who gave a Medford Police Sgt. a pass after he punched a woman in the jaw so hard that she needed eight stitches.

Women's groups should be appalled at Stephanie Burke, the woman who used "poll calls" to lie about her opponent in her power grab.

101 days in there are rumors that a member of her transition team was bragging about stealing the election for her.  All I can say about that one is that I have filed a full report with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on that and other issues surrounding Muccini-Burke's Administration.

The streets are falling apart, no public access TV, you are charged premium money to pay in Haines Square with the pavement so cracked and broken that it looks like a third world country, and then you've got Mike Nestor over at the DPW allegedly decorating with a new ceiling and new walls and allegedly cracked floors on a 14 million dollar new building.

You've got School Superintendent Roy Belson making up excuses for Heidi Riccio and why he hired Jenna Tarabelsi, the alleged child predator, even though Belson had heard "rumors."

YOU have the shadow of the teacher exiled June 30, 2015, during the election, who allegedly had inappropriate relations with a family member of one of the candidates, Muccini-Burke, Michael J. McGlynn and Roy E. Belson allegedly involved in a massive cover-up of yet another teacher.

You have Medford Elementary School teacher Josephine Penza, allegedly losing her pension due to "turn(ing) a blind eye when it comes to underage drinking" (according to the D.A.) but Mark Smith allegedly got his pension despite stories swirling about his conduct at the high school, allegedly beyond just the two incidents that Channel 5 had uncovered.

The conclusion: that this article has to be succinct means that we haven't scratched the tip of the iceberg.  Mrs. Muccini-Burke is the Captain of the Titanic, and Medford is going down.

It is time the citizens made the proper evaluation and that
we work on a recall vote.

Problem is the city clerk, Ed Finn, may have been a
"discovery" of Mrs. Burke's and he will, no doubt, fight
tooth, nail and chest bump to keep a recall vote from
happening.

So - perhaps - the citizens will have to sue this city.

The first 101 days have been a disaster, it is time for
the citizens of Medford to get this into a proper venue.
It is time to sue, and expose the close relationship between Middlesex Superior Court - where Mrs. Burke "found" her new chief of staff, in her vulgar husband's office, and that that new chief of staff was working at the office of the late sheriff Jimmy DiPaola

Jimmy DiPaola, Brian S. Burke, Ed Finn, Roy E. Belson,
Heidi Riccio, Adam Knight, Fred Dello Russo, Jr., Paul A. Camuso, there are rogues galleries and then there are individuals so dishonorable that Lucifer himself would concede that hell has no chance when put up against the underhanded group that has invaded and infected Medford City Politics.

Stephanie Muccini-Burke's first 101 days in office have been
ugly. The woman is not ready for prime time and she is not
anywhere near the mayor that the anti-christ, Mike McGlynn was.

Medford, it is time to litigate against this administration.

Let those who have ears hear.
