Q. What skills and experiences have you gained from running businesses that you think would translate well into running the city?
A. Having hired, trained, developed and promoted over 5,000 employees, and given the diversity within that group, gives us tremendous opportunities to work with a municipality and understand the needs and wants of individuals, as well as collective groups.
