IT IS OUR CONTENTION THAT RUMLEY'S BAD ACTIONS HAVE A RIPPLE EFFECT ON THE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS CABLE SUBSCRIBERS PAY FOR A FREE AND FAIR ELECTION.
