Look how smug Mr. Dello Russo is, and understand that Dello Russo's buffoonery is the rule, not the exception that you, dear resident, pay over $200,000.00 a year for with one of the most expensive city councils in the Commonwealth. Why? It has little power and this current 2019 council are the puppets of Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke who - in turn - is the puppet of Michael J. McGlynn. How twisted is that?
