Paul Mackowski's wrongful conduct in court when on the witness stand MacKowski said he could resurrect a case at any time during the statute of limitations - when the case was ended BY THE VICTIM per advice of counsel. Hideous. You endorse that conduct, John? Really? Put Joe Sacco MBTA in Google and find a police chief's son getting special treatment, no breathalyzer, no field sobriety test.
