Dear Ms. Dever-Wood, Agency Head or Keeper of the Records:

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10).

I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)Jenn Dever Wood's contract with the city of Medford

2)Jenn Dever Wood's employment contract as assistant clerk magistrate for the Middlesex Clerk of Courts; chief of staff to former Cambridge Mayor Michael Sullivan

3)Any e mails, memos, written correspondence or other documents with information which may detail or note that Jenn Dever Wood may allegedly leave her post as the Medford Mayor's Chief of Staff and return to her prior place of employment at the Middlesex Court or elsewhere.

4)Any notes of a similar nature not covered by the above 3 document requests that have any references to Jenn Dever Wood allegedly having an option to leave her employment at Medford City Hall and return to any previous job, including but not limited to language from a previous employer that has this information which would have an impact on the residents of Medford

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate IN ADVANCE.. Medford City Hall has, previously, not detailed the expected costs in advance and just threw an enormous figure at the individual making the request, which was not fair and is viewed as censorship, an attempt by Medford City Hall to deny the citizens information that the citizens deserve.

This information should, actually, be posted online and made available to the public at should be at no charge.

The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
