Thirty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Seven Dollars  unaccounted for by TV3 (and that's not including the suspicious salaries and advertising monies listed!!! and other items that need to be scrutinized) by the station with the bankrupt board member that calls himself a "money manager" while the AG's office says "law enforcement" may be impeded if information is given out.

Really?

So the Budget Director at the time, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, didn't protect our monies and demand financial records, even though the city co-owns the equipment with the TV station, a unique "partnership" not shared by other 501c3's in the city - that city hall has a direct obligation to the cable tv ratepayers and taxpayers over this powerful resource so conveniently absent for Mrs. Burke during election 2015.

Our next chapter starts now

It has truly been a privilege to serve as your former City Councilor and Director of Budget & Personnel for the City of Medford. I am sure that you will agree that we have made great progress over the past few years, as the city has maintained its core services, continues to place great importance on class sizes and the public education of our children and bringing our Capital Plan to fruition with "Chart the Course".

Question: Why did salaries seem to get inflated at MCC TV3 when services were not provided?

Question:
According to the 990-EZ tax form Pilleri filed with the Internal Revenue Service, MCC had $133,342 in cash, savings and investments on May 1, 2013.
According to Jacobson’s review conducted for MCC, the organization had only $95,555 in expenses for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2014, indicating a positive balance.

Forget the AG's office and Solicitor Rumley for a moment. We'll get back to their negligence after we explore these other options.

Why has Police Chief Leo A. Sacco, Jr. not demanded the financial records of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc?

Why has Roy E. Belson, "superintendent" of schools, not made an inquiry into the alleged missing access TV monies since the school is now going to benefit even MORE from the P/E/G access resources.

If Belson tries to pull a "Paulette Van der Fruit" on us and say it isn't under his "purview" just point out how generously the school system, under rotting-fruit Belson (as in, he's been there too long) has served itself by partaking of the forbidden access TV fruit:

Medford officials demand TV3's financial records

TV3’s president says the station spent all of its savings — more than $130,000 — on operating costs before the now-defunct access station’s Board of Directors voted to dissolve the station last October.
But officials want proof, since Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. (TV3’s legal name) is required to transfer all remaining assets to the city before it dissolves.
Three months from Saturday, April 23, it will be two years since Solicitor Rumley made his demands on TV3...and the public funding this mess looks at a 130k operating cost for a station that had reprobates running it, sleazy board meetings where it is rumored Arthur Deluca was booted out and not allowed to vote, and no meeting minutes...thus far no punishments for the alleged five board members hoping and keeping their fingers crossed that the statute of limitations runs out.

According to the review, MCC’s $153,532 in remaining assets as of April 30 were transferred. Jacobson said the figure represents the value of the station’s equipment that was turned over to the city, and the figure does not include any cash.
Jacobson said he could not discuss the source or MCC’s use of the $133,342 because of privacy reasons.
Pilleri, however, said MCC’s accounts are empty.
