Mark E. Rumley doesn't know a fxxxing thing about the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. We should look at the Massachusetts Constitution and closely at the Medford City Charter (the city's constitution)
Rumley allegedly was on the MCC board at two different times. Of course osmosis with individuals who know nothing about access certainly rubbed off on the city solicitor.
A simple 1 page Agreement from an established access station instead of the King of Censorship, Mark E. Rumley, just making it up as he goes along...and blaming Ben Brown for the debacle.
Talk about prostituting the young station manager!
