Why was someone walked out of the school?

Who walked the person out of the school?

ARE THERE QUESTIONS OF MONEY FROM A BOSTON SCHOOL AND A MEDFORD SCHOOL?

DID THE PERSON HAVE A PROPER CORI CHECK AND, IF NOT, WHY?

WHY IS MEDFORD SCHOOL SYSTEM REFUSING TO COMPLY WITH THE PUBLIC RECORDS LAW PROPERLY?

WHAT DOCUMENTS?
NOTHING ATTACHED
AND HOW CONVENIENT...AT CHRISTMAS BREAK TIME

THEY ARE PLAYING A GAME AND IT IS
UNACCEPTABLE TO THE CITIZENS OF MEDFORD

Re: Public Record Request
Dear Mr. Viglione:
In connection with your request enclosed please find the following:
1. Notice filed with the Medford City Clerk; and
2. Notice sent to the Medford Retirement Board.
Your request for documents regarding a CORI request are exempt from disclosure as a public record by statute.
Executive Session minutes are also exempt from disclosure until released to the public by the School Committee.
Very truly yours,
Emily Lazzaro

Back to my Documents request

1)I am requesting any and all documents at Medford High School regarding Axxxxxxxx xxxxxx

2)Document proving a CORI check was made: I do NOT need Mr. xx's CORI, I need a record SHOWING that the High School ran a CORI on Mr. xxx

This is a public safety issue as a certain city lawyer demands CORI checks of unsuspecting P/E/G access volunteers, yet  we don't know if Dr. Marice Edouard-Vincent is allowing people who would potentially have "unsupervised access" to children to obtain a CORI check.  No reflection on Mr. xx, I am merely asking for a document to show that Dr. Edouard-Vincent is abiding by the law.

Again I refer you to a previous correspondence with the Determination in regards to the police compensation fraud and the public's right to know; that this is NOT a personnel issue.

3)Documents showing that the School Committee had an executive session on recent employees, including possibly xxxxxxxxx xxxxx

4)If no such documents exist - any memos, texts, notes, e mails describing any situation with xxxxxxx  xxxxxx

In early 2015 my publication broke the story of an attorney allegedly being frog-marched out of city hall.  The attorney in question, Teresa Walsh, was the Chief of Staff.    Two hours after I broke the story, which even Walsh's own staff was not aware of as I called
city hall was informed her own staff didn't know she was no longer employed, the Medford Transcript claimed Attorney Walsh had resigned.  Maybe she did, maybe she didn't, but why is this so hush hush?   Dxx  xxxxxxxx, Teresa Walsh, xxxxxxx xx...do we see a pattern here that the public is never informed of, is not privy to?

This is why Mayor elect Lungo Koehn needs to step up.  Mayor elect Lungo-Koehn talks about transparency.  Why is a reporter doing the hard work, honest effort and heavy lifting with this "the public's right to know?"

I expect these documents immediately

Respectfully submitted

Enclosed are some exhibits to help you.

Dear Records Division,

The voice of silence from Medford High School.   I have another public records request regarding a principal I would like to file, but they are not responding to this request regarding Mr. Axxxx Bx

I believe this to be irresponsible and wrong.

Very disappointed in the superintendent.
